Also- Check out the "Embrace a Hero" page on this blog. The 6th and 7th grade classes have decided to support 4 soldiers from Fort Hood who are currently serving in Iraq. We plan to support them with encouraging letters and care packages. I have included a list of items that we can include in care packages, as well as, links to other websites with more suggestions. We would like to send a care package after Christmas to each one of our soldiers, so as you are out Christmas shopping, please keep them in mind. We will start collecting donations in both the 6th and 7th grade homeroom classrooms.

Ephesians 4:29-32 (New International Version)
29Do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouths, but only what is helpful for building others up according to their needs, that it may benefit those who listen. 32Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you.
