Wednesday is coming to a close for us both at home and traveling in Washington DC. Our group has seen and done many things that help to remind us of the great and rich history we share as Americans. As we continue to find evidence of God's presence in our lives, in our history, and in our country today, it is good to also remember that as long as we stay strong in our faith, there is nothing that can happen in our world that we cannot persevere through.
Updates and Reminders:
* DC group will be flying back to Austin Thursday night----Mr. Menke and I will see you on Friday! We have many pictures and stories to share!!!
** 5th and 7th grade have either taken a test or will be taking on on Thursday. Good luck!
*** 8th grade-- I hear that the project I assigned to you has changed. I have very high expectations!!! We are looking forward to learning about the Civil War when we return!
**** 6th grade- We will be working on our poetry collection Friday. You should be looking for poems to include in your collection that you enjoy reading. I will announce the new due date for that project on Friday.
Blessings from DC!
