Friday...the 13th?

Yes, it is Friday, May 13th, but it has been a great day! To all those headed up to PSIA state competition this weekend...GOOD LUCK! You have made us all at Zion very proud!

It is hard to believe that we will begin our final two weeks of school on Monday. Where has the time gone?!

A few reminders for the upcoming weeks:

1-- Attendance in these last days of school is very important. Teachers are trying to wrap up units of study, and it helps to have the every student here to do that. We are also preparing for a Spring musical in which all school students are participants.

2-- The Spring Musical is scheduled for next Thursday, May 19th. There is a meal before the performance. Hope to see everyone there!

3-- The Spring Picnic is this weekend. Don't forget your water release forms!

Homework:
6th Grade Language Arts- Complete pg. 183 Think C, diagraming. We will take a short quiz on Monday and our Unit test on Thursday. Study your pronouns!

6th Grade Language Arts- Final book reports are due no later than next Friday, May 20th. This is a busy week coming up----don't wait until the last minute to work on these!

Ephesians 4:29-32 (New International Version)

29Do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouths, but only what is helpful for building others up according to their needs, that it may benefit those who listen. 32Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you.
